It wastes my time having to return the product back to Rep Fitness. When someone returns a product back to the warehouse, it shouldn't be sold as new anymore, it should mark opened box, and Rep Fitness should describe the condition of the product to their customers to sell at a discount. Otherwise, I really like Rep Fitness as a company.Imagine being able to get a good rep in 5 days instead of a month or so. I want it to be democratic in a sense that we can figure out how to best improve it and come up with new features based on reccomendations from members and dedicated polls and votes.
