The van also has the 4 CD. in-dash unit. There are no blown fuses. While testing fuses I discovered if. I removed the 15amp fuse labled 'IOD' and re-installed it the radio will.No permanent fix. you have to pull the radio, unclip the front face and pull off, remove the 4 CD T10 screws and pull the CD drive out, remove the plug off the board.
